Jumpers were not overly thick or heavy, but if a nice quality as shown in the website images.
One of the two I ordered turned out to be too small. However, replacing it with a different size was easily and quickly arranged.
The only spoiler was delivery by FedEx. Although we were at home when they tried to deliver (possibly in the garden for a couple of minutes) they drove away again with our package. The first I knew about it was an email and text saying they had tried to deliver 2 minutes before. By then we were indoors but looking out of the window there was no sign of the delivery vehicle. There followed the common problem of first making contact with FedEx (contact details well-hidden) then getting past the Chatbot. However, when I eventually spoke to a real person they arranged for a second attempt at delivery the next day.
