What is the quality of Christmas Jumpers?

Since our beginning in 2018 we have focused on producing high quality jumpers in the most sustainable way possible. All our products have to overcome multiple checks on materials, workmanship, colour and sizing before they are available for sale on our website.

Every Christmas we receive a huge amount of positive feedback from our customers who, when they receive their order, are surprised by the high quality of our products.

How are Christmas Jumpers made?

In our product catalogue you can find cotton jumpers, 100% organic cotton jumpers and jumpers made of acrylic fibres.

Our Christmas jumpers are manufactured following very strict quality controls during the whole process of making, transporting and storing.

Do Christmas Jumpers shrink after washing?

No, our Christmas jumpers are made of cotton, organic cotton or acrylic fibres. In any case, these materials cannot shrink after washing as long as you follow the washing instructions shown on the labels.

Can Light Up Christmas Jumpers be washed?

Yes, it is safe to wash Light Up Christmas Jumpers. Just unplug the battery pack before placing the sweater in the washing machine and follow the washing instructions on the labels.

It is not necessary to remove the wires of the lights from the inside of the jumper as they are waterproof.

At the bottom of this page we explain with a video how to disconnect the battery before placing the sweater in the washing machine.

Can the batteries of Light Up Christmas Jumpers be replaced?

Yes, the batteries can be replaced quickly and easily. The batteries the sweaters needs are 2 x 3V batteries of type CR2032.

Sustainability

What is sustainable clothing?

Organic and sustainable clothing refers to clothing that has been manufactured with the least possible impact on the environment, respecting the ecosystem surrounding farms and factories and minimising the carbon footprint during transport and storage of the garments.

How do you ensure that the garments are truly organic and sustainable?

All our organic products follow a series of norms and standards that guarantee their sustainability. Thanks to the GOTS certificate (Global Organic Textile Standard) we ensure that the materials from which our products are made are organic and the whole production chain is sustainable and respectful of nature.

What is the GOTS certificate?

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is a globally recognised seal of quality that is applied to textiles of organic origin and certifies the sustainability of garments throughout the entire production chain.

GOTS-certified garments are made from 100% organic fibres and are ethically and sustainably produced in plantations that are not overexploited, respecting the biodiversity of the ecosystem.

What types of materials are used in the manufacture of sustainable clothing?

Our organic and sustainable products are made from 100% organic cotton. All farms and crops where the cotton is harvested are subject to strict quality controls to ensure that the cotton is sourced organically and sustainably.

What are the benefits of organic and sustainable clothing over conventional clothing?

The main benefit of organic and sustainable clothing is that the entire production process of each garment is made in an environmentally responsible way. Our organic garments are very durable and high quality. We strongly believe in responsible consumption, so our sustainable garments are designed and manufactured to have the longest possible lifespan. This is possibly the best way to respect and care for the environment.

Orders

How do I place an order at Christmas Jumpers?

It is quite simple. Just click on the product you want to buy and add the size you need to the cart. Repeat this action with all the garments you want to buy. Now you only have to go to the shopping cart and follow the instructions to fill the delivery address and make the payment.

Are the sizes large or small?

If you have any doubts about the size, you can find the size guide for each product right next to the size selector where it says Size guide. Here you can see the measurements of each jumper so you can compare it with another pullover you have at home. You can also see how our jumpers fit normal people of different weights and heights.

In case you need it, you can always contact us to solve all your doubts about sizes.

Can I change my order details?

Yes, you can change the details of your order (delivery address, phone number, email...) as long as the order has not been prepared. Once the order is prepared and ready for shipment, we cannot change any data.

If you want to add or remove products from your order, we will have to cancel and refund it. Then you will be able to place a new order.

To request a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been prepared. If your order has been prepared, we cannot cancel it and you will have to refuse delivery for it to be returned to our warehouse for a refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

I have received a product that I did not order

Please contact us and send us a description of the product you have received by mistake. We will review your case and give you a solution as soon as possible.

One product is missing from my order

We apologise if this is your case. Please contact us as soon as possible, we will review your case and send you the product at no costs to you.

I have received a faulty product

If on delivery the parcel appears to be damaged, we recommend that you refuse it. If the defect is in any of the products, please contact us by sending us photos and a description of the faulty product. We will review your case and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

I have not received my order confirmation email.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes with a summary of your order. If you do not receive your order confirmation email, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The payment could not be made and the order has not been completed.
  • The contact email is incorrectly filled in.
  • The confirmation email has gone straight to your SPAM folder.

In any case, if after several minutes you do not receive the confirmation email of your order, please contact us.

Do you need an invoice for your order?

If you need an invoice for your order, please contact us after placing your order, indicating the order number and all your billing details: VAT number, address and company name. We will prepare the invoice for your order and send it to you as soon as possible.

Shipping

What are the delivery times?

At Christmas Jumpers we offer the Delivery 4-6 days. If you order before 4.00 p.m. (GMT+2) on any working day, you will receive your order in 4-6 working days from the day you place your order.

Orders placed on any working day after 4.00 p.m. (GMT+2), Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, will be prepared the following working day.

How much are the delivery fees?

At Christmas Jumpers we offer the Delivery 4-6 days. This service costs $14.99

Only orders of $200 or more benefit from free shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email notifying you that your garments are ready to be shipped. This email will contain full instructions on how to track your order through the shipping company's website.

Maybe when you receive this email the tracking is not yet updated. Don't worry, it will be available in a few hours.

Payments

What payment methods are available?

We currently accept credit cards (Visa, Maestro, American Express, Mastercard...), PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. Our transactions are always secure and encrypted.

There is a problem with payment

If there are any problems during the payment an error message will be displayed. It is likely that the card details are incomplete. If you cannot find a solution to the problem, please contact us and we will check the status of the transaction.

Returns

How can I request a return?

The most important thing to know is that you have up to 14 calendar days from the moment you received your order to request a return. On the return page we explain step by step how to request a return.

How long does the refund take?

Refunds for returns are made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after we receive the returned parcel in our warehouse. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used to purchase the order.

Light Up Chirstmas Jumpers

In this section you can find out how to remove the battery from an Light Up Christmas Jumper shirt before washing it and how to replace the batteries in the battery with new ones.

How to unplug the battery of the Light Up Christmas Jumpers?


Just take the white battery box out of the small pocket and disconnect it from the cable coming out from inside the sweater.

Remember that you don't have to remove the cable or the lights from the inside the sweater to wash it.

Once washed, wait until the sweater is completely dry before plugging the battery back in.

How to replace the batteries of Light Up Christmas Jumpers?

To change the batteries you have to remove the white battery box from the inside pocket of the sweater. Pulling as shown in the video, the battery box should open easily.

Now all you have to do is remove the old batteries and insert the new ones in the same position as the old ones.
