- Only orders of £60 or more benefit from free delivery⭐
➤ For orders under £22 an additional handling fee will be charged.
➤ Delivery times begin once your order has been prepared and is ready to leave our warehouse.
➤ These delivery times may be longer during Black Friday and Christmas periods due to higher parcel volumes.
Before placing your order...
A few things to bear in mind before ordering:
➤ Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (excluding bank holidays).
➤ Orders placed after 11:00h, are prepared and dispatched on the next working day.
➤ Orders placed at weekends or bank holidays will also be prepared on the next working day.
➤ Our couriers do not deliver at weekends or on bank holidays.
➤ Christmas Jumpers assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the order does not take place as a result of the data provided being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond our control, such as the absence of the addressee.
Notifications
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation email so you can check that all the details are correct. If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been prepared, you’ll receive another notification email to confirm that your items are ready to be shipped. This email will detail instructions for tracking the shipment using the delivery company's website. It is possible that shipment tracking will not yet be updated at the time of receiving this second email. Don't worry, it will be available within a few hours.
