Returns and Size Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request any kind of return. Please remember that we can only process returns of garments that are in their original condition, with no signs of use or damage, and that have the label attached.

Each garment must be stored in its original wrapping and packaged adequately for delivery, to prevent any damage during shipment back to our facilities.

Naturally, Christmas socks, pants and boxers cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

Model change

If you want to exchange one of the models you have purchased for a different one, the only possible way to process this exchange is to request a return of the product you want to exchange and place a new order with the model you need.

In the Returns section we explain how to request a return.

Size Exchanges

Don't worry if you get the sizing wrong for some of the jumpers in your order. Size exchanges are very quick and easy to do.

The first size exchange is charged at 5,99€ for postage and handling. Second and subsequent size exchanges cost €7.99 each.

To request a size exchange you have to fill in the form in the green button below. This form has two parts. Once the form is complete, you will receive a new order label by email. With this label, you can go to the GLS collection point indicated to hand in your return order.

Within 3-5 working days we will receive the products back at our facilities. As soon as we check that everything is fine, we will send the order with the new sizes.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product you received and want to return it, this is the section for you.

Returns are charged at 5.99€ for postage and handling.

To request a return you have to fill in the form in the green button below. This form has two parts. Once the form is complete, you will receive a new order label by email. With this label, you can go to the GLS collection point indicated to hand in your return order.

Within 3-5 working days we will receive the products back at our facilities. 

We will check that the garments are in perfect condition and will then refund the amount of the returned products within 14 calendar days of receiving your order at our warehouse.

Faulty Products

Contact us as soon as possible if a product you received is faulty or has any flaws. Addressing this problem is our priority, so we'll send you a new garment free of charge.

Important: please remember that upon requesting a return, you are confirming that the garments that you want to exchange or return have not been worn. As a result, if the returned items show signs of having been used or are damaged, Christmas Jumpers may take the necessary steps to refuse the refund.
