Conditions for Size Exchanges and Returns

The most important thing to know is that you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return. After these 14 days, it will not be possible to make any type of exchange or return.

Remember that we can only process returns of garments that are still in their original condition. This means that we cannot process or validate an exchange of size or a return if the garment arrives at the warehouse with any damage, bad smells or if the label is missing.

Each garment must be kept in packaging suitable for shipping, in order to avoid any possible damage during transport back to our facilities. If you no longer have the bag in which the order was delivered, simply pack the garments in a box.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, all socks, underwear, earrings and headbands cannot be exchanged for other products and cannot be returned.

Size Exchanges and Returns

We understand that you need to try on the garments you have bought in our online shop and, for this reason, we give you up to 14 days to request a size exchange.

Please note that the size exchange costs £5,99 for the return shipping service to the warehouse.

In case you are not satisfied with the product you receive and you want to return it, remember that returns have also a cost of £5.99 for the return shipping service to the warehouse. This amount will be deducted from the sum to be reimbursed.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

It is the customer's responsibility to check the external condition of the parcel(s) and to make all relevant reservations upon receipt of the order.

In case of heavy damage to the package (open, damaged...), it is advisable to refuse delivery. If for any reason it has not been possible to refuse the package, you have 48 HOURS to contact us to make a complaint indicating the defects with photographs and videos of the material received such as the box, the transport label and the defective product in question.

The information provided will be reviewed by the returns department and if the return is confirmed due to a fault, defect or receipt of the wrong product, Christmas Jumper will assume the replacement of the product of similar condition.

We will prepare and ship a new order and all you have to do is download a new label, pack the product and drop it off at a collection point of your choice.

Whenever a return due to a fault, defect or receipt of a wrong product is confirmed, we will replace the product. Only if the product is out of stock, you can choose to exchange it for another size, another model or the refund of the amount of that product.

Important: please remember that upon requesting a return you are confirming that the clothing items that you want to exchange or return have not been worn. As such, if the returned items show signs of having been used or are damaged, Christmas Jumpers can refuse the refund and take necessary legal actions.
