You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request any kind of return. Please remember that we can only process returns of clothing items that are in their original condition, with no signs of use or damage, and that have the label attached.

Each clothing item must be stored in its original wrapping and packaged adequately for delivery, to prevent any damage during shipment back to our facilities.

Naturally, Christmas socks, pants and boxers cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

If you want to exchange any of the clothing items in your order, contact us and we’ll give you instructions on how to proceed.


Don't worry if you get the sizing wrong for some of the jumpers in your order. Size exchanges are quick, easy and you don't even need to leave the house.

Delivery time for size exchanges is 24–48 working hours from the day after the size exchange was requested. For orders of €60 or more, the first size exchange is free. For orders of less than €60, the first size exchange costs €3.99.

Second and subsequent size exchanges cost €6.99 each.

To process a refund for an order you received, you just need to follow these simple steps:

5. Take your order to the GLS location closest to you.

We will check that the clothing items are in perfect condition and will then refund the amount of the returned products within 14 calendar days of receiving your order at our warehouse. Delivery fees on your original order will not be reimbursed.


Contact us as soon as possible if a product you received is faulty or has any flaws. Addressing this problem is a priority to us and we will send you a new clothing item free of charge. The delivery company will deliver the new item and, at the same time, collect the faulty item to be brought back to our facilities.

Important: please remember that upon requesting a return you are confirming that the clothing items that you want to exchange or return have not been worn. As such, if the returned items show signs of having been used or are damaged, Christmas Jumpers can refuse the refund and take necessary measures.
